Our policies regarding service cancellation and refunds.

Thank you for choosing Mabhre Solutions. We strive to provide the best AI, robotics, and engineering software and services. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription or service contract at any time by providing a written notice to our support team at least 30 days prior to your next billing cycle. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital and custom nature of our software solutions, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis based on specific criteria outlined below.

Refund Criteria

  • Software Subscriptions: Refund requests made within the first 14 days of the initial purchase will be honored if the software does not meet the specified functional requirements.
  • Consulting & Engineering Services: Payments for services already rendered are non-refundable.
  • Custom Development: Initial deposits for custom development projects are non-refundable once the project kickoff has occurred.
