Digital Delivery
Access to digital products provisioned post-payment. Credentials emailed within 24-48 hours.
Physical Hardware
Shipped via secured logistics. Timelines/costs detailed in purchasing agreement.
Exchange Policy
Upgrade anytime (prorated). Downgrades start next cycle. Defective hardware exchanged per warranty.

Digital Delivery (Shipping)
Upon successful payment and contract execution, access to our digital products (such as AI-ERP, AI-CRM) will be provisioned. Custom engineering solutions follow the timeline agreed upon in the project statement of work.
Physical Hardware (If applicable)
In cases where robotics hardware or proprietary equipment is shipped as part of a service contract, we utilize secured logistics partners. Mabhre is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance for international shipments.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges apply primarily to tiered software licenses. If you wish to upgrade your software package (e.g., from AI-CRM to AI-ERP), you may do so at any time, and the prorated difference will be billed.
